The Resitour! Holiday Residences guests, can rest assured that when at a Resitour property, they are among a committed team that daily implements the appropriate, consistent and thorough procedures, practices and measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

With the protected services offered, we hope that our guests will feel safe and protected, and that they can enjoy their holiday without care.

We would like to thank you for the interest and preference shown in Resitour! Holiday Residences, and for choosing us as the destination of your next stay.

RECEPTION

Where applicable, guests are kindly requested to enter the reception for check-in and maintain the appropriate 2-metre safety distance, and to observe any protocols being in effect by the local authorities.

According to the local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions, prevailing at the time of your visit, all employees will wear the necessary face masks and or gloves. All guests and children, if required, should always wear a face mask within the facilities and all indoor & outdoor public areas of the resort.

Moreover:

  • All property keys will be disinfected after each guest departure and prior to any new arrival.
  • We encourage all guests to reduce, where possible, any cash transactions and limit payments only to contactless transactions.
  • Personal protective equipment will be worn by the team member, who will escort or carry out the meet & greet meeting at the holiday residences, as per local authority’s COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions.
  • Guest must abide, at all times, to the local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions, prevailing at the time of their visit, with regards to circulation hours, maximum number of people gatherings, visitation of shops and restaurants, wearing of masks, and distancing. Non-compliance may lead to fines.
  • If in doubt of the local authority COVID guidelines/restrictions, please seek advice by a member of our staff who will supply you with a copy of the guidelines/restrictions that are currently in effect.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Resitour allocates rooms in accordance to the COVID protocol, namely all new arrivals are allocated to their property after 6 hours have passed since the previous departure and after thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilating of the property has been completed.
  • Please consider airing your property frequently, if you have used the air condition.
  • Cleaning is carried out when all guests vacate their properties.
  • If maintenance is required within property, this will be undertaken once the guests have vacated the property.
  • All Resitour staff will wear personal protective equipment while carrying out duties within your property.

COMMUNAL POOL AREAS (where applicable)

  • All our communal pool areas, will maintain the minimum distance between the axles of the umbrellas, as per local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions, prevailing at the time of your visit. The minimum distance between two sunbeds located on different umbrellas will also be maintained (Presently 2-metres). For your safety and that of offers, we advise you to always maintain the minimum distances.
  • All guests are responsible for placing their pool towel on sunbeds before use. Management will ensure the necessary disinfecting of the sunbeds after use by each guest, subject to the prevailing local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions prevailing at the time of your visit.

FOOD & BEVERAGE (where applicable)

  • All Food and Beverage outlets, (where applicable) will be operating in accordance to the local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions, prevailing at the time of your visit.

ACTIVITIES

  • Group/team sports and social activities are subject the local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions, prevailing at the time of your visit.
  • Spa and Fitness Centre operation (Where applicable) will be open in accordance to the local authority COVID protocol guidelines/restrictions, prevailing at the time of your visit.

GENERAL

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we kindly ask you to always abide to the following:

  • Avoid contact of hands with eyes, nose, and mouth to reduce the risk of infection.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and immediately discard
  • Avoid close contact with other people and keep a 2-meter distance.
  • Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds, before handling any food and after visiting the toilet, and carefully dry your hands with disposable paper towels and discard them in the bins provided.
  • If you or a member of your party show any COVID symptoms, please remain confined, and immediately contact us, via our emergency 24 Hour Hotline.
